Returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. To start a return, email support@ahmed75ln.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please wait for our return instructions before sending the package. We will provide a prepaid FedEx return label, so we pay the return shipping cost.

For a return unrelated to a product defect or our error, the item should be unused, with its parts and accessories included. You may open the packaging to inspect the item. Please pack it securely for the return journey.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery when possible. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us resolve it faster.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate refund or replacement. We pay the shipping costs for returns and exchanges involving a quality issue or our error. Contacting us after 7 days does not remove any rights you may have under applicable law.

Exchanges

Please contact us before sending an item for exchange. We accept exchanges for an item of equal value, subject to availability.

For an exchange unrelated to a quality issue or our error, you pay the shipping costs associated with the exchange. For an exchange caused by a quality issue or our error, we pay those shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you with the outcome. If approved, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method within 1–3 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.

If we cannot approve a return because the item has been used or is missing components, we will contact you and explain the reason. This does not affect your rights under applicable law.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it ships by contacting us as soon as possible. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.
